Terms & Conditions
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- When cancellations are received 2 weeks prior to your stay, only a $50 administration fee will be charged.
- When cancellations are received less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, full payment will be processed unless your chalet can be re-sold. If your chalet is re-sold, only a $50 administration fee will be charged.
- Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance including trip cancellation and health insurance prior to booking.
Restrictions
- Please contact us to discuss pet stays (dogs only). Dogs can usually be accommodated in the Cedar Chalet at a cost of $25 per dog per night.
- There is a no smoking policy inside the lodges.
- We sometimes impose a minimum night stay for advance bookings in peak periods.
- Please respect the hot tub rules, charges will be made if hot tub needs to be refilled due to misuse.
