The Restaurant
At the Cedar House we pride ourselves on giving our guests the best possible dining experience in the Canadian Rockies, some even say in Canada. We are a passionate group of people who love food and wine and we love turning people on to great new flavours and even the pleasures of the simpler things in life – like fresh picked raspberries from the garden. We strive to offer a personal experience, meeting your tastes and desires not only with the food and wine but even the music is paired to meet the energy of the evening. We have created a warm and welcoming environment on our private 10 acre wooded land. In warmer months our guests enjoy walking through the organic gardens and soaking in the views and sunset from our patio deck. In the winter, our guests enjoy the crackling of the wood burning fireplace and the glow of candles all around. The dining room consists of 4 rooms and a bar in which guests can sit and dine, as they watch our chefs in action in the open concept kitchen. The colors are bold and warm with natural wood accents of locally milled wood. The art is inspired by local artisans featuring images of mountains and rivers from around the world.
