Payment and Cancelation:
- Payment will be taken in full on the day of check in unless otherwise specified.
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- When cancellations are received 2 weeks prior to your stay, only a $50 administration fee will be charged.
- When cancellations are received less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, full payment will be processed. If we are able to rebook the chalet, your payment will be refunded and a $50 administration fee will be charged.
- Large groups may be subject to a deposit upon booking.
- Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance including trip cancellation as our cancelation policy is in place at all times regardless of weather, road closures or acts of nature.
To Ensure the Comfort of all Guests:
- Please contact us to discuss pet stays.
- There is a no smoking policy inside the guest houses.
- Please ensure all guests are mature and visiting Cedar House for relaxation
- Loud or boisterous behaviour will result in eviction from the premises without reimbursement of payment.
