What makes this chalet special?
It’s like an adventure staying in the Adventure Chalet, kind of like getting the top bunk at summer camp! This chalet inspires images of a mountain chalet nestled into the Alps. The quaint chalet is the only one with a sturdy wood ladder leading to the loft bedroom with queen bed. The ceiling is lower in the loft, which gives this chalet a true alpine feel. The wrap around deck offers you expansive outdoor living space with a dinette set, large BBQ grill, sun lounger and a private hot tub with views of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

What makes this chalet special?
The Mountain View Chalet has the absolute BEST view in house! You won’t miss anything from this corner lot overlooking the Purcell Mountain Range, Columbia River and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. There are two rocking chairs facing out the large picture windows that invite rest and reflection. The chalet is a 2000 square foot rancher with ample living space and the private deck is gated off so you can safely bring along the little ones.

What Makes this Chalet Special?
The Cedar Chalet is the original chalet and the chalet that was the inspiration for Darrin to build the rest of the chalets at the Cedar House. Coming home to the Cedar Chalet feels like coming home to a country cottage offering a rustic warmth combined with modern luxuries. This chalet was renovated in 2016.

The Sun Suite is the gorgeous lower level of the Green Lodge which looks out over the field and community fire pit towards the towering mountains beyond. The sun room makes for a quiet area to enjoy yoga, reading and reflection with floor to ceiling windows that frame this spectacular view.

A 2-bedroom suite with Queen Beds and a full bathroom. Tucked away from the rest of the chalets but still conveniently located near to the viewpoint.

This chalet is converted from a trailer and designed for that mountain stay experience. There is a platform just outside the chalet where you can lounge at during summer and admire the mountain range just across while enjoying a beer or pop or simply reading a book.

The Cedar House Restaurant & Chalets is the perfect place to host your next family reunion and enjoy catching up with your loved ones. The seven private chalets can accommodate up to 41 guests and each feature a fully equipped kitchen, private hot tub and a BBQ on each deck. Cedar House features family friendly dining, manicured gardens, panoramic mountain views, games, an outdoor fire pit and onsite hiking trails. There are also a number of adventure activities available in Golden such as rafting, skiing, canoeing, horseback riding and so much more.
